لوحظ أن أول بيان تأييد لقرار الحكومة بحصر السلاح جاء من دار الفتوى في الجمهورية اللبنانية عبر اتصال برئاسة الحكومة قبل أن تكر سبحة بيانات التأييد.

It was noted that the first statement of support for the government’s decision to restrict weapons came from Dar al-Fatwa in the Lebanese Republic via a call to the Prime Minister’s Office, before a series of statements of support followed.
