أكّد رئيس الجمهورية العماد جوزاف عون أننا “مستعدون للتفاوض من أجل إنهاء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي لكن المفاوضات لا تكون من جهة واحدة”.

وقال: “أكدت على خيار التفاوض لاسترجاع حقوقنا لكن الطرف الآخر قابلنا بمزيد من الاعتداءات”.

President Joseph Aoun affirmed that “we are ready to negotiate in order to end the Israeli occupation, but negotiations cannot come from one side only.”

He added: “I have reaffirmed our choice of negotiation to reclaim our rights, but the other side has responded with more aggression.”
