أفادت المعلومات الصحافيّة المتداولة، بأنّ الجيش اللبناني رفع مستوى جهوزيته إلى 75 في المئة، تزامناً مع انعقاد جلسة مجلس الوزراء المفصليّة اليوم والتي ستبحث في قرار حصريّة السلاح، مكتفياً بمراقبة بعض النقاط الحساسة من دون أيّ انتشار عسكري مباشر في بيروت.
وأشارت المعلومات، إلى أنّ التوجيهات تقضي بعدم النزول إلى الشارع، ما ينعكس أجواء ميدانية هادئة ومريحة.
According to circulating press reports, the Lebanese Army has raised its readiness level to 75% in conjunction with today’s pivotal Cabinet session, which will discuss the decision to make weapons exclusively under state control. The army is limiting its role to monitoring certain sensitive points without any direct military deployment in Beirut.
The reports added that directives instruct forces not to take to the streets, helping maintain calm and reassuring conditions on the ground.
